Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Rybbit, self-hosted) to count visits and understand which pages are useful. No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

When you contact us / request a Plot Pack / ask to monitor a concession: we collect the details you submit (e.g. your email and message) solely to respond and provide the service. We do not sell your data.

Lawful basis & your rights

We process contact data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time: [email protected].

Retention & sharing

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you, and share it only with the service providers required to operate (e.g. email delivery). We do not transfer your data for advertising.
