Data is informational

giomap presents observed, indicative open data for discovery and triage. It is not legal advice and not a compliance determination, and it is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Concession boundaries are simplified and may be out of date. The compliant due-diligence artifact is the Plot Pack service, governed by a separate agreement.

No assessment of conduct

giomap reports public concession data and the general requirements of the EUDR. Nothing on the site is an assertion that any operator has acted unlawfully. Operators may exercise a right of reply.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape at scale, misrepresent the data, or use it to harass. For data licensing or an API, contact us.

Liability
